Shipping policy
Preparing your order
Your order is checked and packed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Delivery times
Allow 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. During peak periods — Black Friday, Christmas, New Year — allow up to 20 business days.
These times don't include any customs holds, which are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Costs are calculated at checkout, based on your country and the service you choose. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
Shipping is free from 3 pairs, or on orders over the equivalent of €55.
Duties and import taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or taxes may be due on arrival, depending on the rules in your country. These are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
If tracking stops updating, email us within 14 days of the last update. We'll open an investigation with the carrier, then either reship your order or refund you.
Changing or cancelling an order
As long as your order hasn't shipped, email us at charmeecome1@gmail.com and we'll change or cancel it.
