Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Your request must reach us within that window. After 30 days we can no longer accept a return.
To be accepted, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with its tags and packaging.
To open a return, email us at charmeecome1@gmail.com. We'll reply with the steps. Parcels sent back without prior approval are not processed.
Return shipping
Return postage is at your expense. The original shipping cost is not refunded.
Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order, for a different size or colour of the same model. We cover both the return and the reshipment.
Exchanges for a different model aren't possible. In that case, return the item and place a new order.
If you ask for a refund after an exchange label has been issued, the return postage is deducted from your refund.
If the size you asked for is out of stock, we'll offer you a refund or store credit — your choice.
Faulty item or our mistake
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us straight away at charmeecome1@gmail.com with a photo. In that case we cover every cost.
Right of withdrawal — European Union
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive it, with no reason required. This right is in addition to our 30-day policy, not a replacement for it. Return postage remains at your expense.
Changing or cancelling an order
As long as your order hasn't shipped, email us and we'll change or cancel it. Once the parcel is with the carrier, the return process above applies.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll tell you whether it's accepted. If it is, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
How quickly it appears on your statement then depends on your bank. If you've received nothing 15 business days after our approval, email us at charmeecome1@gmail.com.
